I have been with ServerPronto for 13 years. I initially went with them because the offered the lowest prices for dedicated hosting. They were ok at the start, and very responsive when they needed to be. But over the years issues keep piling up. It's like they are run by a bunch of un professional kids. Twice I've hard hardware issues where the server went down because of silly things on their side, like the network cable not sitting correctly in place! IKR! I'm writing a review because it's time for me to move on and try to find another solution. Why do I want to move. Well, if you have any code that might appear insecure, like a webform that allows anyone to use it, they will instantly disable the server with no warning what so ever. This happened again today, with a function I built to redirect users. It was hacked and used as a link to bad site. Site went down with no warning. I fixed the issue and let them know. I've been waiting for 4 hours waiting on them to restore the site. meanwhile everything is dead!
Also, I've read some other reviews about the servers being rebooted with no waring. This is true. It's happened too many times now.
It will be a mission porting everything to a new host but I can't put up with their terrible service anymore.
