I have'nt actually subscribed to a hosted server or VPS from Serverpronto but I have suscribed to mpronto (hosted exchange) which is infolink too. Its exactly the same people who manage support in serverpronto.
firstly I would like to say that I am no longer a subscribor but unfortunately I can't cause these guys keep billing me for my hosted exchange account. Not only this the billing amount is going up increments of n+1 i.e. my subsciption goes up by last months plus this month fee. I've called them numerous time (plus tickets opened) and rude is one word i would use. The girl in support basically told me that their system didn't show over billing therefore I was lying. Even though I had my credit card statements in front of me she still said that they were'nt over billing. She was pretty dumb I have to say (I wouldn't normally make that statement about any one without strong reason)
secondly, I can access every other companies email address (using hosted exchange that is) therefore there's obvious security and spam considerations here. I know exactly what they've done wrong but I'm not going to tell them until I expose them in a suitable forum.
I really can't express my utter disgut at this companies approach to their customers, I've had nothing but frustration and I believe that if a customer complains they just ingnore them. I've been extremely patient with them by giving them time to resolve my billing issue before getting onto them again but they just keep on getting it wrong and not giving a crap.
