I was generally happy with ServerGrove for the time we were with them. However, I did notice that over time the control panel gradually stopped working. But support were helpful. But last week we got an email from ServerGrove saying that they had migrated us to a new server. They didn't warn us beforehand just told us "Congratulations the migration is complete". The next day I started getting worried calls from clients because their websites were down. I checked and ALL of our websites were offline. Also, all of our email accounts and all of the email accounts we managed for customers went offline! It turned out that ServerGrove had done an incompetent job with the migration. The server configuration was a complete mess and we had to move to a new hosting company. Our team had a stressful week migrating our site and our clients' sites to a new host.
ServerGrove refunded us for that month and basically didn't even apologies. They seemed not to care that they had caused a huge amount of harm to our business and our customers' businesses.
Basically, ServerGrove are not a professional outfit and shouldn't be trusted for any important websites.
