I signed up with rshosting.co.uk around a couple of months ago and wanted to share my review with them as they have excelled my expectations in every terms.
I signed up with their "Ecommerce Web Hosting Plan" and got my order activated in less than 30 minutes. They offer cpanel control panel which helpded me to migrate my website without any hassel from my old host. Infact, when I contacted their support to get my website migrated from old host, their support got it done in less than 4 hours - which really impressed me.
Staying in India, I preferred their UK network and have found excellent connectivity to my website. I have not experienced any downtime for my website as of now and have found the website and emails to be fast during peak and off peak hours.
Tried contacting their support even at midnight and in early morning as per Indian time, and they were always there to help on live chat. I have submitted around 8 tickets so far and the average response time of all those 8 tickets is less than 6 - 8 minutes -- which is a remarkable feature I have never noticed before with any other hosting company.
I must say, their support and services rocks and look forward to be with them long term as long as I do not face any issues.
