Reseller Club is the worst
At first I thought they were a good place to handle my domains for my hosting business but after about 6 months there were two domains that they didn't like the name so they suspended the domains, kept the domains for themselves and refused to refund the cost.
No worries I did a PayPal dispute and got the refund anyway because just like a shitty company they didn't reply to PayPal.
So I started moving my domains out and I had an issue with a client who didn't pay so I suspended their account. The client went directly to Reseller Club and requested the domain be transferred, in which I was notified that they would be releasing it. I advised them that I am the one who paid for the domain and it is my company name on the domain, they said it doesn't matter this person contacted us and we believe the domain is theirs.
Well after my lawyer fraught suit they didn't release the domain to either party so now I lost a 3rd domain in which they decided to keep all 3.
This is a disgusting reseller, do everything that you can to stay clear of them.
