The worst IT company I've ever seen, they are liars...

I registered a (.am) domain with who-is privacy with these guys on February 22.

God! A domain registration?! ??
Is it possible in 2019?
Yes, rebel can do that...

After 4 days that nothing happened I sent an email to their support and ask about the miracle, I wanted to know when this huge thing will happen!
Also, my email that was verified on February 22 on my profile went to unverified status (another miracle!)

They answered me and told me that they are going to solve the email problem and forward my domain registration request to their support team!!!

Holy God....
Am I not talking to the support?
If you are the support, who is the other support?
And what if I didn't send you an email?
How many days would it take to find out someone registered a domain on your useless platform?!

Anyway, that support forwarded my request to another support and after 3 days finally the domain registered and became available on my profile.
But, guess what?
The domain registered without who-is privacy!
So, I contacted the second support again (Jamie Howse, Customer Experience Supervisor) and told him about the issue that they are responsible for and they should know that before I found it out.

After all, I sent 6 follow-up emails and waited from March 1 till March 13 for them to solve this simple issue but as you can guess they couldn't solve that and in the last email the Customer Experience Supervisor (?? funny for companies like rebel) told me that their provider told them I should send a signed letter of authority along with my photo ID explaining that my domain is to be traded to Privacy Hero Inc. (their company) and this process will take long for weeks...

Really?!
Are you kidding me?!
Is this kind of a prank or something?!

I explained the whole process for you guys to let you know about my experience working with rebel and warn you to avoid working with them.

For me, it was nothing instead of ruining my 55$ and wasting a lot of time and energy by sending 11 emails and waiting for around 19 days for nothing.

In my opinion, they are just liars. They sell (.am) domain about 20$ more expensive than the best IT companies and they say that they will give you who-is privacy.
But, all and all it is just a lie.
Also, their support is not 24/7 available and they don't answer you on weekends and also out of business hours!

They are not even civilized enough to answer my last email that I told them I am going to cancel the domain or do something to apologize because of their lies or for wasting my money, time and energy.
But, it was predictable from a retarded company like them.

My advise:

IT industry is not suitable for everyone.
There are a bunch of respectful guys working on other fields like restaurants, taxis or even gas stations...
Maybe you couldn't find a job there but, keep on and try something else.
That way you will not waste people's time and money and can be more useful!
We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced, and have issued a refund for your domain and privacy protection. However, the language used in this review is completely inappropriate and we do not tolerate anyone speaking to our employees in such a derogatory manner.
