No way to get their tech support via phone. The only way is to raise a ticket and wait for their response. We have a few company domains with them and at least 10 to 15 email accounts for each domain. We started out by configuring our Mac Outlook with POP3 settings and have to occasionally changed the settings between secure connection (SSL) and non-secure connection because the setting will suddenly stopped working. We later switched to Synology MailPlus to automatically pull email from their server and we enabled SSL and TLS. Everything works fine for almost a year and suddenly one morning our MailPlus has server connection error with Qoxy server. We were also unable to send email via their server using our local Outlook and hand-phone. Very frustrating problem and a pain to be changing settings for all the affected email accounts in each of our domains. Again we have to toggle to non-secure connection when sending emails via our Outlook and it works. We previously encountered a similar problem and it took days to be resolved. I think we'll definitely change another provider.
