Unprofessional & Fake
I ve been using vps for almost 8 years and never faced such an unprofessional company, They want me to send them my id license with photo and my pictures of credit card that i made a payment. At this time I was already made a payment and it was in pending situation. When I send my documents (even I dont rely on them) they immediately refunded my money back (it will be refunded 10+ Days and it says if it doesnt contact with us even they dont answer me right now) and closed my account. Since than i wasnt be able to login that stupid and fake website. They just mailed me like this “ documents are not in true format”. Aa ok, if they are not than steal my money and block me, its the way how a technology company has to act in 2020, right. If the documents are in wrong format, we can put them in fit format together if you care your customer. Its not such hard i think. They also said about the money to takes 10+ days to be back the credit card( I hope). If it doesnt also, i ll go over them as a burglar in courts. I searched them at linkedin and 3 people are working in company and if you want to learn who are they, they are in the owner of comments in review sites (Kenya, Madagascar) This company is totally fake, “0” customer service, I’ve never experienced such a terrible connection with any website. Right now just waiting for my 35$ to refund my credit card. Please just dont pay money to them.
