Pretty shocking service. Been using Pickaweb for over a year and previously had an html/ css based site. Switched to a PHP/MySQL site with the same package and started to get outages on the server. Traffic load balancing was altered to rectify this, but site is now very slow when there's just a couple of users on it. Trying to install an SSL cert on the site, which wouldn't integrate properly, so bought one through their site, as it simply stated: will be added within 10 minutes. Been 5 hours now. Spoke to support who say that I need a dedicated IP address- note, nowhere on this site does it say that. On top of that, it doesn't say on their site that there's no-one there on a Sunday to complete the cert's purchase, even though it clearly states 10 minutes to integrate in black and white on the site. Hmm, new laws come in to force in UK this year, covering such mis-selling and unsubstantiated claims. However, this a US company, with support who all have US accents (if your can ever speak to someone who knows what they're doing)
