Absolutely the most dreadful experience EVER.
We've been customers for several months and have had numerous issues with downtime and being moved from node to node. If you complain enough they'll move you to a node that works, and then when you try to get credit for the downtime (as per their 99.999% downtime guarantee) their VP, Jimmy, will try to back out.
After I complained about being down for over 2 days and 2 hours, he offered to move us to a dedicated server from the same company at nearly 3x the price. When I finally agreed to do it, provided the service credits due on the VPS side be transferred, he wouldn't.
The service is flat out RUDE. The techs are all mostly overseas and have no idea what ticket they're working on. They admitted numerous times that their Cloud controllers were bad and they were still fixing them.
My options given from Jimmy were:
1. Two months free on SSD Cloud 3, we'll need to re-create this VM and all data will be lost and new IPs assigned.
2. 50% off the dedicated for first month, excluding the cost of Plesk.
So it's either 1) two more months of DREADFUL service on their HORRIBLE VPS system after they NUKE MY DATA and make me repropogate all my nameservers, or 2) pay for the new server even though there's MORE than the server cost in credit on the VPS side...
Overall, it was the biggest nightmare I've ever dealt with - with Jimmy the rude VP as the cherry on top.

Both of these options were very good given the 2 day downtime you experienced during our latest Cloud update. As I mentioned in the ticket the first option we needed to re-create this VM to another part of the Cloud due to instability in the current one. We wouldn't you to experience any further downtime after giving you 2 months free.
