Avoid working with this provider--we have alot of experience dealing with VPS providers--and know what to ask upfront--some are truthfull which save us time to dedicate to finding a provider that can provide us with what we need---OTHER LIE and this leaves the consumer writing reviews like this and filing complaints with Banks, Paypal etc
1) THEIR SERVERS ARE AT LEAST 100% MORE THAN COMPETING SERVER PROVIDERS
2) THEY CLAIM THEIR SYSTEM IS FASTER THAN ALL OTHERS DESPITE HAVING TO PUT IN TWO TICKETS IN THE FIRST MONTH FOR SERVERS BOGGING DOWN AND AT ONE TIME SHUTTING DOWN
3) THEY PLACED AN IP TRACKER ON OUR SERVER WHICH COMPLETELY DISFUGRED OUR DNS CONFIGURATION AND INTENTIONALLY SLOWED DOWN OUT PROCESS
3) BEFORE OUR 1ST MONTH RENEWAL DATE WE MADE IT CLEAR THAT WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH PRICE, PERFORMANCE AND THAT THEY NEEDED TO WORK WITH US ON PRICING--THEY REPLIED STATING WE HAD TO BUY SIX SERVERS TO MEET OUR REASONABLE PRICE REQUEST--THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO BILL OUR CARD
If you want real problems then proceed--if not there are many other providers that will work with you in an honest manner
