Everything was okay the first month. I spoke with the ceo the second month John. He moved me to a e3v6 machine cause i had a problems with lag and disconnected players. Everything went good for about another month. Then I started to grow and got around 30 to 50 people on per server all day. I went to bed one night to wake up to both servers down again and over 50 messages from people. I checked logs and sent a email to John. They denied knowing anything. I saw in logs they moved me back to another e3v3 machine. I reinstalled oxide and the servers were again laggy. I complained and they said they would forward my message a lie cause Johnm always talked to me. Then when I got upset the shut my machine off and gave me my money. They locked me out not allowing me to get back ups or my site. I had to redo it all and learned to keep backups on a remote or different machine. John is dog water and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am now at game server kings and could not be happier with the connection. There is no lag and I now have three servers on my machine. It did hurt my pop moving. Hope this helps.
