Nfo Servers got a negative review on and one official response on

too bad i cant give less, everyone ends up leaving them or they shut you down suddenly if you get justifiably upset when you have proof of them jewing you over and ask for what you pay for to work. completely unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT go with them or you WILL regret it i promise, we really wish now we listened to all the bad reviews about them and started with another company in the first place

This review is highly general and contains a racial slur, so I'm not sure that it's worth a response. But, to address the claims;
"everyone ends up leaving them or they shut you down suddenly.."
We have customers who have been with us for well over a decade. Many customers rent services with us for years at a time. We go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied, and we only shut customers down in response to fraud or serious abuse (as defined in our TOS). It is rare for a customer to need to be shut down due to abuse.

We take pride in always remaining professional and responding quickly to every customer's concerns (typically within minutes). Service is a core value for us, along with performance and overall quality.
Very few customers regret their rentals with us -- and because we offer a free trial period for new customers, it's easy for a new customer to test out the services before even making a payment.

Most of the negative reviews seem to be on this particular site. There are four of them here currently. Half are anonymous, and none of them appear to be up-to-date/valid.
