These guys are unbelievable! My responses had slowed to nil but when I checked the site I got an http 403 forbidden prompt.... no wonder no responses. Called and spoke with a nice lady with an accent who informed me that the web page was gone! Where, When, Why??? She couldn't answer but would forward complaint to engineers (she couldn't transfer me to engineers) This was a labor intensive build with long copy, illustrations photos, prices etc. I'm a one man sideline shop with very little web page experience and don't have a copy of this page (my bad)..... While waiting to hear back from engineers, I called customer service (_________________ - fill in your own description here) and was informed by 'Nick' that Network Solutions has 'packages only' I, obviously mistakenly assumed that this company would keep my site in a nice safe little cubby hole somewhere and when John Q. Public punched up my site name, then poof !....there it would be. Wrong you neophite!!! Nick informed me that their records show that someone called in with my name and password and pulled pages and now my pages were gone, disappeared, never to return! . How could I ever disprove the word of their "records".....Like there are people that do that sort of thing.. Maybe there are....anyway, Nick told me they have NO responsibility since I obviously had called in and Network Solutions would do nothing for me..... Never got to speak to a supervisor.....PLEASE think twice (or more) before casting your lot with these philistines.....These folks had taken my money for about two years and now, with God's help, they will take no more.
