Network solutions is by far the worst webhosting company I have ever dealt with. I currently use multiple hosts including Godaddy, Netfirms, Dreamhost, vistapages, rogers and yahoo but Network Solutions is BY FAR THE WORST, hands down! To do something as simple as changing our address it took Network Solutions over a month to get it right. We sent them so many scanned documents I think they could easily put together a roadmap of the past 5 years of our lives. Absolute idiots!
1. Their customer service sucks. They turn off the phones when a server crashes..lol.. who does this!
2. Their servers constantly crash, even with dedicated hosting. (we don't look for 100% uptime but we so expect downtime to be reasonable)
3. Changing company information is a horrible experience. The control panel is useless.
4. They are more expensive and harder to deal with than any other provider we have experience with. Rogers is by far the best, VistaPages and Yahoo are a close second. Netfirms and Godday aren't great but i can handle them and Network Solutions is the worst by far!
I urge you to try one of the other webhosting providers and save yourself the grief and frustrations of working with such a horribly run webhosting provider.
No other webhosting company in the world is as bad as Network Solutions! Trust me!
