Warning!
They have been doing multiple tricks in trading and in service quality.
1) When I was about to order a vps from this team, the price given in that page was just for one month. Also it was saying that you would gain 23% when you sign up for 12months. Despite that discount, I ordered monthly.
2) Even though the vps I ordered had 16GB ram, I realized that the shown memory is not real. When you test the hardware to force up the system, you can't get even half the memory. Also traffic bandwidth was a real disappointment. They do not grant the 20% traffic they premised. I am sorry to use this word but they have been cheating their clients.
3) Anyways, When my service was about to due, I asked them to cancel but they did not. After a couple of weeks they submitted a new invoice for new subscription term which I had not asked for.
4) I rejected the payment. They said, they will forward the invoice in to a German finance company to force me for a non-received service. Now I have asked for help from ECC.
5) Thanks to my attorney, my nephew living in Germany, we have just started a legal process for all we have faced. In addition to above all, After examining the invoice we found out that there was an improper calculation with VAT calculation which does not exactly in compliance with German laws so we strongly believe that the company will be punished. They do charge VAT for non-EU clients when you are about to make payment. Right after your payment, they submit payment invoice which does not indicate VAT.
Fraudulent processes managed by Netcup GMBH will never be kept unpunished. Happy to let you know all that ECC & German Ministry of Trade have just started investigating our complaint.
PS: I read some comment from other Netcup GMBH. I believe they do not know how to check service quality, how to control vps/dedicated server configurations performance or they have been working as paid soldiers in favor of Netcup GMBH. Buy from Hetzner, or go to OVH's website or choose Leaseweb. Feel free to chose the one you buy from, but keep away from Netcup.
Aren't you agree with me? Go and buy from Netcup and feel the pain, test the horrible service quality and pay the bills for incoming periods.
