I had my VPS with NDC Host for over a year. The only reason I stayed with them for so long was because I didn't feel like going through the pain of moving all of my domains. I believe there are only 2 people that work there Garret & Steve. For all I know they could be the same person using two emails. The support was ok when you could get a hold of them. I've had tickets sit in the queue for over a week with no response. Most recently I had a huge problem and it was my fault. I ended up deleting some system files via shell. they did get right on it and backed up my old files to a new location, however, the rest was on me. I had to go through google and find ways to rebuild cpanel and get my accounts back. Further cries for help went ignored for over 2 days. I ended up getting most of it back and at that point they or should I say he finally replied.
So I switched over to Liquidweb. They have unheard of tech support. I've been in this business since 1995 anywhere from a single hosted account to a dedicated server and I have never seen support as good as Liquidweb. Completely on the other end of the spectrum from NDCHost.
So stay away from NDCHost if you ever need any type of support.
