Simply the best hosting company in terms of service, quality, reliability and support. I have setup 42 of my clients over the last four years with Nativespace directly because it is so easy for them to manage. Technical and customer support is just phenomenal.
Just a quick note about the Features rating. It has become a recent requirement for me to run a python framework on my new homepage as I will be using a web application programmed in Django. Even though Python support was shown on Nativespace' web site they are unable to allow SSH access to shared hosting. This currently makes it almost impossible to enable most types of Python framework. THIS IS NOT UNIQUE TO NATIVESPACE. Most other shared hosting providers will also not support this kind of access on shared hosting unless the company specialises in Python hosting. There are some very well known large hosting companies who advertise Python framework support. I have had 7 hosting accounts between these companies and unless they are known for Python support (like WebFaction, also excellent) I would not trust theser companies to provide what you are looking for.
I thoroughly recommend Nativespace, it's a shame about the SSH access but they have prevented this service on shared hosting to prevent security issues with other web sites on the server which you can't complain about really. Aside from the technical and service aspects of their hosting they are also extremely reliable with payment arrangements and in four years they are the only company I have dealt with in any industry that has not caused me issues with payment dates, payment amounts or payed for services not being provided.
