Not great hosting
For hosting, they are just resellers and servers are in the US. Their website has looked the same for many years (not even mobile-friendly). How they survive on domain registration is a mystery, but for hosting, there are many other options with much better prices and support.
I had requested support for a very specific technical hosting issue. The last I heard was that they couldn't accommodate the request (in itself strange since it was a cPanel issue the previous web hosting company didn't have).
After supplying specific details about my request to aid the troubleshooting and giving amble time to reply, I heard nothing back. As I needed the full functionality of the hosting restored immediately, I had to move the hosting. After moving the hosting, I informed NamesPro. They claimed they had replied to my support request, although that reply was never posted on the support ticket. At that time, the 30-day money-back guarantee had expired and they refused a refund, and even alleged the issue had been resolved.
Had they offered direct cPanel transfer as many other web hosting companies do, the technical issue that I experienced wouldn't have happened.
