The best of the best!
Monstermegs is the best of the best in my opinion. I have been a web developer since 2003 and have worked with a wide variety of companies over these years. While some were ok and others were terrible, I have found Monstermegs to be everything I was looking for in a web host.
1. Their support is incredible. Responses within minutes, no matter what time of the day, the issue is resolved quickly, and they are very polite. They also take the time to explain the issue in detail, which is found with very few hosts.
2. Monstermegs has a boatload of the features. Including SSD, Litespeed w/ cache, backups, etc. Their hosting is just fast compared to past hosts I have used.
3. The way they handle service issues. Every web host is going to have a a server go down, a drive fail, and configuration issue, etc. It is all about how they handle it. Monstermegs keeps you informed the entire way when an issue arises. The post continuous updates on the server status page and keep customers informed of what is going on. I like not being kept in the dark or having to open a support ticket. I just know they are going to keep us updated the entire way of the server issue and they got it covered.
So if you have been considering Monstermegs, do yourself a favor and just sign up. I guarantee you will not regret it!
