If you want to see why im moving just go to my account and check all those tickets I have placed regarding issues of your servers, go and check how many times I have asked questions such as “Can somenone please inform me why is this happening?” and the answer I got “Your server is working fine now sir sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

Just go and check all the tickets there only about 150 I would say and that’s only for the past 6 months since I HAD THE BAD LUCK TO FIND YOU .

Even now that you have asked for explanations, I have been trying for about 40 minutes to open the ticket so I can post this but … Your Ticket system is down.
What do you care for anyway? You will only delete this email anyway, your just an employee, I wish this email could reach your company CO because im sure when that happens, some people will start working in that compnay.
THIS IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE PROVIDING I HAVE EVER SEEN "STAY AWAY FROM MICFO SERVERS"
By the way as till now I had never said anything to anyone but as from today I will post this email to as many forums that I can.
Not to get even or anything like that, only for some people in there can wake up, hoping that this will been seen from your Management so some action can be taken.
Obviously someone needs to wake up in there as he or she is not doing their job correctly.
