Do not use melbourne IT. Their company has gone from bad to worse. All our emails are going to junk box of other people for few weeks, and the company told us their email smtp server is black listed and no one contact us until we found out ourselves. Also we have lodget a complaint since 2 months ago and no one contact us on phone as promised until we threaten to Sue them. I would not even recomend this company to even my worst enemy. This is how bad and absurd and disappointing their service is. We are still in the midst of resquesting financial compensation and wil be sueing them for disruption to our business service and damaging our company reputation when all our emails sent from their email service arrive at the junk box of all our customers and have our customers contact us if we sent them spam emails. Not the mention the 100s of hours of me and my staff time to go to live chat and on phone with no resolution of the isssue but only one problem after another with the email service. Really lousy. Save yourself time , energy and money.Do not use them!!!
