Unbearable Server Downtime:
Servers crashed weekly! Even during peak traffic hours, my site was inaccessible for hours.
Tech team’s response: “The issue isn’t with our infrastructure!”
Careless and Unprofessional Support:
Urgent support tickets took 24–48 hours to get a reply, and the responses were generic and unhelpful.
During an emergency (site hacking), they took 3 days to address the issue!
Hidden Fees and Unfair Charges:
When migrating to another provider, they demanded 100,000 Tomans to release my data!
SnailLike Speed and Poor Optimization:
Despite lightweight content, pages sometimes took 10 seconds to load.
Repeated requests for optimization fixes were ignored.
Fragile Security:
Servers were infected with malware, and my site was hacked twice. Their response: “You didn’t update your WordPress plugins!”
Rigid Cancellation Policies:
I had to submit 3 cancellation requests to terminate my plan, and they still deducted 30% of my remaining balance as a “penalty”!
