After having sent two customer reviews earlier (Ratings #22043 and #22058) it's now time to report the latest experience with LankaHost Web Hosting.
It took a longer period until we have found a suitable environment for my two blogs about a Chinese chess player. The Wordpress blogs have a lot of multimedia content and during chess tournaments sometimes also a high traffic. We have tried out different setups and finally we have found a solution that fits perfectly for the website without overloading the server of Lanka Host. After the problems in the beginning the people of LankaHost were always friendly trying to find the best solution for me. When it was clear that the choice of a virtual server would not bring the expected boost for the performance of the blogs, they even recommended to choose a cheaper solution that I am using until now.
I am at the moment fully satisfied. I will return to Germany for several months for a medical treatment and despite the interesting offers there I have decided to continue the good cooperation with LankaHost. After all I can really recommend the service, most of the time they are working beyond their duty.
