where should i begin. About 6 - 7 months ago, i discovered krahost.com. read reviews here and there, some good some bad, bottom line, i decided to test it out for my self since they offered dmca ignored hosting and i needed a dmca ignored server. i purchased shared hosting to begin with to see how they perform. IT TOOK 3 GOOD DAYS and many messages to support before my shared hosting account was activated. (Red Flag 1).
The site went down once for a some hours in the first 3 months.(They claimed they were performing upgrades when i contacted them. They did not send a mail or anything like that in advance to alert me. -- Red Flag 2). I have been with them for a little over 6 months so far as at writing.
As a developer i usually host a couple of sites every few months so i thought, Why not buy a dmca reseller hosting account from them to make my work easier. As at writing, its been Almost 2 WEEKS since i purchased a reseller account from them. My account has still NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. Support is also not replying to any of my queries. I have decided to move my sites on the shared hosting accounts with them to another host.
Bottom Line : Stay Away From Krahost.com if you want to keep your money and your peace of mind. KRAHOST IS RIPOFF PROVIDER
