"can I get a confirmation of what is being canceled before proceeding"

I wanted a confirmation of what was going to be canceled because I knew you guys would screw this up, this is now the second time you have done this to me. Did you even read the first email where I stated:

Where did you get the idea to cancel a completely different account?
I my self and my customers are now down, without a website. I don't understand how justhost has a Hosting Rating of #1... this is the WORST service I have ever encountered. I understand a slip up once, but when I state I want a conformation to make sure that it wouldn't happen again, and you canceled it before I gave you the go ahead is completely unacceptable.. I will not be recommending justhost to anyone. GOOD DAY
