Switch webhosts, for price and to be "green" Huge mistake!
Customer service is a joke & emails are ignored. You can't cancel via phone. My emails sent to them to cancel have not been responded to.
Oh and the biggest mistake? Thinking I would go "green" only to have all of our files switched to JustHost.com without any explanation or our consent. [import from supergreenhosting.com]

Unfortunately by posting your feedback as an anonymous user I am not given a fair chance to respond to your review. Please let me assure you that we do not ignore customers emails, in fact we aim to answer all emails within 30 minutes. If possible I ask that you email me or respond to this with your details so I may investigate further, there has to be a reasonable explanation into why you say you did not receive responses from our staff.
In regards to cancellation over the phone, it is standard with most hosting companies that your initial request to cancel comes in writing from the email address you signed up with. We do this to prevent unauthorized cancellation of customers accounts, this policy is created to protect you. Once this initial cancellation request is sent we are more than happy to handle your request by phone. Unlike other hosts we also offer an anytime money back guarantee meaning a full refund in the first 30 Days or a pro-rata refund anytime during the remainder of your stay. This is something we pride ourselves in.
Finally you mention your files were switched to Just Host? Just Host is a reseller of our green web hosting services, this is because we offer the finest green web hosting in the industry. I haven't heard of a case like this before and without leaving your details it is impossible for me to investigate but obviously something went wrong here. Again I would be more than happy to look into this for you should you respond to me. I would like to assure you that even if you were hosted by Just Host, it would be on the same high quality servers used within Super Green Hosting's data centre.
