Where to start? My site went down, for no reason. JH kept telling me it was my fault, when it wasn't. It took a week for them to fix it.

When it came time to auto-renew my domain, they didn't renew my second domain that I had registered with them. They were synonym domains, so almost identical. It took 3 chat sessions, 1 call and 54 emails for them to get that right. I was told I was not being reasonable! Their support is developing nation call centre and English is obviously not a priority. When I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor I was told there aren't any that ever take calls.

I kept getting told by billing it was a technical issue and by the technicians (if you can call them that) that it was a billing issue. I ended up sending every email to both.

I asked for the domain to be released to me after the re-registration. Again, a ton of emails for them to understand which synonym domain I asked for before they finally provided the auth code.

Latest, is a site hack which they say is not their fault. I've had sites online for 14 years and never been hacked before. The site is now unusable.

My partner also has sites hosted with them. He has lost DNS 3 times, for which they will accept no blame. One site has not been able to be restored at all. They also change data on one of his sites with no explanation and would not fix it.

If you must save a couple of dollars using JustHost, then buyer beware. If anything goes wrong, don't expect any real help. If you do want help, expect to start a long and arduous email campaign of many email exchanges where they tell you it's not their fault.
