The worst of the worst. More downtimes than uptimes. Support is the poorest. The only support staff is also the owner of this terrible business. The man is very rude he told me to stop complaining since am paying him peanuts well we pay peanuts to get monkeys. I couldn't stand it and I've moved to another host just under a month of trial. I asked for and he didn't respect what was on their sales page "no questions asked refund" he said no refund for me. Too many hidden charges. I asked him why I keep getting crashes and he said it's the script I use...sorry to say I only installed wodpess so what would he blame for his incompetence...I your willing to try somebody with just a hosting company established on a single dedicated server then try this terrible host. You have to wait 3 mins before getting reply on pre-sales questions but after sales, you have to wait for 23hrs minimum. Don't ever use this host. I made a review before and he threatened me to remove it and change it to a positive one via their support ticket or they stop working with me. I didn't have any choice since I could only pay via bitcoin, I stuck with him until it was unbearable. Once you have over 150 visitors on your site, the server crashes. I was pushed to get a vcc that I could fund with bitcoin to pay for another host while he bluntly refused to refund my so called "peanuts". if I could rate without adding any stars I would.
