After years of being with IV Hosting, I came up with a Polish virus on all 8 of my websites with IV Hosting. I contacted them and they blamed me. I had not uploaded for months so I argued it was them not me. Back & forth with them and they suspended all 8 of my websites for the Polish Virus, blaming me. I sent 2 letters to their address in Indiana by C/M, came back 'unclaimed' by USPO. 3rd letter ty UPS came back with message from UPS that the Indiana address was a vacant building. Their other office is in POLAND. Yeh, the Polish virus was my fault, baloney. I noticed today that they don't show the Inidana office any longer, but they suspended all my sites more than 2 years ago and kept that address for a long time, after that was just a vacant building. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE LIARS, POOR SERVICE, AND TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN SUSPEND YOU AND BLAME YOU FOR A VIRUS FROM THEIR COUNTRY OF LOCATION.
You can't sue them for Deceptive Trade Practice, as they have no USA office apparently, but they take your USA dollars.
