Worst Host Ever! I have 5+ pages of error alert emails.

I started my blog in October. Until then I used Arvixe which was never down but I didn't know what I was doing back then. I went with this company because review sites were recommending it. I now realize they are all affiliates. There was only 1 bad review and it was stupid and the person was wrong. I thought I hit the jackpot. When I first started it was alright. I would go to my site and it would be down and I would call customer service and they would apologize saying "Sorry our server is down". I was nice about it but how many times is that supposed to fly? Fast forward to now- any and all website analysis I get says my site is super slow (92% slower than other websites). I have to wait at least 40 seconds for a page to open most times. I have fallen asleep waiting for a page to open. Thats only when it will open. I started getting error messages a while back. My site is so slow my networked blogs cant even read the feed so my site isn't publishing automatically to my social fan pages/sites. Networked blogs says it my server. I called them and they said it is not their fault. Of course it is. They don't work well with WORDPRESS. WTH!!!!! Its so popular. Get with it. Last times I've called the customer service people aren't even pleasant anymore. The last time I called ,because my site said I didn't have permission to view it and then came up with errors, I asked how much I would have to pay to be put on the fast server that the reviews were talking about because clearly I wasn't because I got a discount price. The guy told me he didn't see a home, index or index.html page or whatever. I don't have one. I know I don't because I've looked for it before when someone was explaining something to me. I told him I didn't have one and that was irrelevant. I told him their server was down. He told me their server wasn't down and told me my site wasn't published. He then put me on hold. I googled how to RE-publish a wordpress site and saw nothing. He got back on and told me theres nothing he could do because I had to republish my site. I told him the site had been published since October so how did it just unpublish. He told me that working on helping me republish my site was outside the scope of his job. He told me he googled it and saw the info. I said thats funny because I just googled it and there is no info and you said you saw it and you are refusing to tell me about it? OMG. I then reloaded the page and guess what. The site started to load (still took many seconds). I told him the site was back up which blew his lie out of the water. He tried to tell me my site wasn't published and they weren't having server problems. That was a lie. I also have a website monitoring service and I desperately wish I could show the screen shots that I have of my email account with the reports they sent me. I took pics of 5 pages of emails with error alerts ( they send one every time the site is down while they are checking). The alerts take over my whole email account. I stopped after 5 pages of screen shots because I got tired but there are more. At least a page a day. The site is always down. It really sucks when I am paying for advertising and people can't get to the site. It makes my site seem unprofessional. I HATE THIS COMPANY!
