" I have Buy Reseller Hosting Package with Them

Fisrt They charge Setup fee $39

Then After 2 Months of $14.95 Payment Again they Ask for $34.95 when i ask they said it was for First 3 Month Offer was there, when i ask i have paid only for 2 months $14.95

i did not get reply and my ticket was closed.

The More Strange Part of there Hosting was making Fool of All People By Giving the banner of Unlimited Website which was not true, when u paid and check ur Whm account u find its only allowed 35 Cpanel Account,

When u ask they said we cant allowed, i ask them that why they have put the bannner of unlimited Website banner on Homepage, They Dont have any Answer.

I Cant Understand why they make False statement and getting money from the people, i just wan to warn people from all this

That this features are missing from there panel and they have Penalty of $5 for late fee thats alos too high.

If Still wan 2 buy from them u can Buy, All Services are Good, Except few Fake Promise on website.

End of the Day u loose $100 by first 3 months and then try to move to other hosting.... "
This ex-customer did not understand that they signed up for a promotion in which the 1st 3 months were discounted. You can see it clearly states "Special Offers are for first 3 months" right under the pricing table at http://interactiveonline.com/solutions/reseller-hosting. The customer did pay $14.95/month for the 1st 3 months. The problem they had, was with the 4th month when they did not get the promo price anymore. I think the customer was a little mad that they could not get the promo price anymore even though it clearly shows "Special Offers are for first 3 months" on our Reseller services page. They then refused to pay any additional invoices and left bad reviews on multiple hosting review sites.

They also left a false review about our services on WebHostingStuff.com but it has been removed by the admins of WHS after we disputed the false review. This review should be removed on this site as well. I tried to contact the owners of this site but their contact form is broken.

As for the problem this customer has with "unlimited" we do limit the amount of sites a new reseller can place on their account. If they need more we do allow them to host more as long as they are within the CPU limits on their account. They can host an unlimited amount of sites as long as they are within the CPU limits on their account. The reason we initially limit the amount of sites is so new resellers cannot overload the server with thousands of websites which would cause problems for all customers on the server. Our policies are in place to protect the performance and reliability of our services.
