Ikoula, or the worse host ever
Ikoula is really the worse host ever.
Its prices, policies and technical solutions are absolutely not reliable.
Its support is not 24/24, and you have actually to pay to have technical support !!
During years of being host by them, I had nothing but technical issues. They changed many times the payment system, being each time less reliable and more complicated.
At the end, it was not possible anymore to renew my hosting, so I had to save all my databases because the server was shut down.
Obviously their support was not available at that time, plus the commercial people don't really care about you.
I had to pay some expensive fees to keep an outdated server, I was not able to update my contact email address, etc..
Everything from this company feels approximative, particularly when you finally succeed to reach them, they don't really care about providing a solution.
They just rely on stupid customers like I was to pay their poor service years after years.
Avoid by all means this host provider.
