I am customer of ideastack.com Master Reseller Linux/Windows/ & Reseller Linux/Windows
When selling the plan their sales person promise lot of support and user friendly service but after signup their attitude changes
Worst Server I have ever Seen in my life.
1) They keep changing Server & never migrate your data, only you have to download your all website data & database, the whenever they give you new server detail, you have to upload it & tell your all Reseller to change your IP or your sites will be remain Down.
2) You will not able to take Backup whenever you want. you have to wait for Server Load go Down.
3) Server keep goes Down & you have to wait anyhow. if you try to complain. then they will tell you to buy other Indian Master Reseller which cost is 7500/-.
& IF YOU CALL OWNER OF IDEASTACK.com MR. SHAZIM MACHIWALA HE WILL TELL YOU DONT CALL ME OR I WILL TERMINATE YOUR ALL ACCOUNTS.
4) All Reseller accounts Keep Missing From your Control Panel & every month Master Reseller Plugins Get Expired & you have to complain about it Every Month.
5) All Email stopped working on Server and bounce back with ip provided is block or blacklisted (i facing this for 6 Months) (i having domain, half of them using Emails)
6) List of all ticket which I generated, they charge the bill and never support close the ticket without resolution and raise the invoice and them lock the domain.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM IDEASTACK.COM, it was worst experience with them. I lost many data, many clients & irritation anytime site get down. They will just eat your money.
