i was customer of ideastack.com Master Reseller Linux/Windows/ & Reseller Linux/Windows From Aug - 2010 to Aug -2012
Worst Server i have ever Seen in my life.
1) They keep Changing Server & never migrate your data, only you have to download your all website data & database, the whenever they give you new server detail, you have to upload it & tell your all Reseller to change your IP or your sites will be remain Down.

2) You will not able to take Backup whenever you want. you have to wait for Server Load go Down. in my case i downloaded backup @ 4 AM. after waiting for 2 days.

3) Server keep goes Down & you have to wait anyhow. if you try to complain. then they will tell you to buy other Indian Master Reseller which cost is 7500/-.
& IF YOU CALL OWNER OF IDEASTACK.com MR. SHAZIM MACHIWALA HE WILL TELL YOU DONT CALL ME OR I WILL TERMINATE YOUR ALL ACCOUNTS.

4) All Reseller accounts Keep Missing From your Control Panel.
& Every month Master Reseller Plugins Get Expired & you have to complain about it Every Month.
