ICDSoft got a positive review on

I can't say enough good thigns about ICDSoft.
Their service is simply amazing at any price, and at their rediciously low price it is insanely good.
Their control panel panel is very intutive, their feature set is extensive, and their email web interface and spam and filtering tools are the best and are completely free (no up charge for virus or spam filtering like many other hosts). They allow domain level email white/blacklists as well as user level control. And the they have advanced email features such as 'greylisting' that I have not seen any other hosting service offer. Prior to using ICDSoft for our small business of about 20 email users we had to emply a thrid party email filter service called SpamSoap - an excellent service but it cost four times as much as ICDsoft costs per year, and that is on top of the previous web/email hosting plan!
Sure they are not perfect, but I think they are as close as one can reasonably expect.
On the down side they do not offer the greatest amout of disk space - so if that is what you are looking for then hosting with ICDsoft may cost more than some others. But you can add on as much space as you want, you just have to pay for it. On the other hand the services that offer lots of space never bother to mention how slow it is to transfer to or from their cheap services - ICDSoft is fast! Also, with ICDSoft there is only email support. But I have never seen faster (many replies appears in literally a couple of minutes) or more comprehensive responses to email questions in my life. They actually read your question and answer it personally - not just a canned answer like Godaddy spits back at you 8-12 hours later! I have signed up several of my clients on ICDSoft and have extensively excercised many of their features. On a couple of ocassion I have found issues and when i reported them they corected them within a day (ie. master control panel allowed configuration of spam in user email account to be saved for 7 days, 14 days, or one month but the user control panel lacked the month option so they added it - and when i mentioned that the term "month" was ambigious as it could mean 27, 28, 30 or 31 days they corrected it to 30 days and thanked me for the suggestions).
So, as you can see I think they are great. And at their price it is an astounding value.

You can not do better unless you want to host your web site and email yourself (and that comes with considerable expense and some serious vulnerabilities (when your server is down or your internet is down then your site/email is down!).
