These guys SUCK! I opted for the 'UNLIMITED' hosting plan. After about a week on this plan, my sites were suspended (without notification). Here's their explanation:
"It appears as your account was directly responsible for affecting the server's performance and everyone else hosted on the server.
Immediate action had to be taken against your account to ensure the server remains stable.
Your account has out grown shared hosting and will not be un-suspended as it may affect the server's performance again.
An urgent upgrade to a plan that will better suite your needs/requirements is highly recommended."
I requested a refund. I received the refund (minus the $20 they charged me for a domain name!).
I try logging into the client area to register new nameservers, and the email address I registered with is "not on file". I contact support, and they send me a temp login which does not work. I contact them again, and they send me another login which does not work. After the third try I can finally login. I register the new nameservers, and point them to my new VPS IP. I'm still waiting for the DNS to propagate. These guys are a bunch of clowns, and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for hosting.

Your account was suspended as you were running a bitcoin mining service on our shared hosting plans. This is simply against our terms of service as we do not allow this on shared hosting.
We've provided you with a full refund minus the cost of the domain name registration as domain names are non-refundable. You still own your domain and can transfer or point the DNS to your new provider.
