With regards to Mr Ray Lee testimonial, the customer web site have exceeded the hosting plan bandwidth on more than 2 occassions and i think we have been understanding enough to allow them temporary upgrading to the next plan while waiting for a finalised decision. However, we do not receive a prompt reply as to the customer is intended to upgrade or not, while giving the customer free bandwidth increase during the waiting period for his reply.
The customer was also caught spamming large amount of email on more 2 incident which resulted the shared server IP to be blacklisted by several list and we receive major complaint from other ISP as well. HostSG policy strictly forbid sending of spam, and a single violation will resulted in the account being terminated, but we only give the customer an email warning despite the second violation without termination. It is unfortunately that the customer do not appreciate our effort to retain him as a customer and surprise us with unpleasant testimonials.
