I was kinda happy with the service.
6 month back when I started to face the issues with the hosting and then they took almost 2 months to fix the issue until I was almost bankrupt as I run a small online business, that now again since 4 weeks I am facing the same kind of issues with my new website as well.
Earlier it used to show error 401,402,414 and my website is not secure it took them 3 weeks to fix that issue after that my website started to run slow so they asked me to remove the images, I have removed all the images from the website now they are asking me to delete plugins as well.
I mean seriously?
How do you want me to run a website without images or plugins?
I mean this hosting cannot take a load of 100 visitors and few plugins then why should others even buy your hosting?
In between the conversation they even disconnected the chat 2 times, wow great service.
And till now they have not fixed the issue. Hopefully, after reading this review they might come up with a permanent solution for me.
