I've been hosting with them for about 2 months as of now.
First off, there cpanel sucked! BUT! They just updated it yesterday, and now it looks ssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooo much better.
About there customers support.
I've been reading some pretty bad reviews on this, and they were all dated back in 2006. Never had I have a support ticket waited 10 days or longer. (But lately, probably because of something, I had that happen to 2 of my support tickets, maybe something just happened to them). But, beyond that, if you ever need help, at the most, you can use there live chat for ASAP support, that's why support ticket take up to 24 hours for response. Lucky me, when ever I get support via there live support system, I always get Ryan 2 but he always seems to help me, and express his opinions about certain support question (Whether they are obvious or not). Never have I gone by a support request that can't be answered or they don't get into your cpanel and fix it/do it for you.
Anyhow, as said earlier, I've been reading some reviews. Some reviews say that there website always goes down, MOST don't. I haven't officially "began" my website so I'd have no idea, but it seems as if it will hold up.
Anyhow, at this point, I would very much recommend Host Monster.
