Host Mantis got a positive review on

Can't even add domain.
Their support is so slow.
It take average 5 hours and 17 minutes before their first reply in tickets.
When I started using their services, I just want to move my blog from greatduo.nb.tl to their server
but I got
"Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."
from cPanel because of their configuration.
They told me that my registrar is not valid because
it not ICANN-Accredited Registrars
and refuse to change the configuration
Good thing is I'm in money back guarantee period and they offer me that solution.
About the price you can see that they rise prices for promotion you should check their twitter page for the real prices.
This quite cheap but I can't do anything with this hosting because they not accept my domain registrar.
If you are in this business you'll know that the bandwidth per month is generally 10xSpace but some of plan that they offered allow them to oversell a lot.
If you have 5GB space with 10GB bw/m I probably sure that you can able to use around 1GB space only; another 4GB can use just for backups purpose.
As I told; you'll not get their techsupport responses quickly and the solutions their offer probably not what you expect.
I can't comment more about their server because I don't really use it.
Suggestion before you try this one:
- make sure the domains that you wanted to add is register by ICANN-Accredited Registrars.
- Check their twitter page for lower price.
- Not expect their fast response; When you submit a ticket just turn off the computer and go out with your family and check their reply after you comeback.
- Try everything you want to use and deal with them within guarantee period or you will loose more than a money.
