I was pleasantly surprised to find this company to switch my website to from a previous server. I am not exactly tech savvy, and everyone that I have interacted with while completing the transfer has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The support system that they use is very helpful in getting answers really quickly.
For me, this was an absolute life saver. I was apprehensive about making this switch but I shouldn't have been worried at all. The process was so simple, I gave them the needed information and a couple hours later the switch was complete. I can not be happier.
The pricing for the services was extremely reasonable too. I locked in a 3 year plan for a great price. Overall, I would completely refer a friend to them and know they would be taken care of professionally.
One last note, they are up front with pricing and you don't have to look for fine print with them. They are honest and no beating around the bush which was a big deal to me on the heels of a bad experience in the past with a different company.
