Initially, I registered several domains and ordered shared hosting and VPS from the hosting provider in question. However, whenever I encountered any issues, their support team failed to assist me. In some instances, they did not even respond to my phone calls or support tickets. Despite having many domains and hosting with them, I was able to successfully transfer all of them to Fiveium, except for a few domains, including one of my company's domains.
The provider resisted the transfer of this domain, claiming it had a reputation worth millions. I attempted various means to transfer it, but they began to ignore my support tickets and hang up on me after I provided my name during phone calls. I became frustrated and threatened, then I thaught to take legal action, but they remained unresponsive. Eventually, I visited their office, which turned out to be a chaotic experience, leading us to call the police. They don't even have their board or any company existence. They are sitting in the basement of a building like a ghost.
Finally, they agreed to transfer the domain to my company as a registrar, but only after forcing me to delete my honest review from Google Review and Trustpilot. Based on my experience, I would caution against this provider, as they have fraudulent tendencies and may not provide quality services. It is worth noting that during my time with them, the company was divided into two parts, and some of my domains were transferred to the other company.
Furthermore, I came across a post stating that HosterPK (Scammers) and another company have decided to amicably dissolve HosterPK PVT LTD, with the companies functioning as independent entities. If you register your domain and hosting with this provider, they may try to prevent you from leaving and even attempt to take your website forcefully.
