I was recommended to Hostek as an inexpensive and feature-filled ColdFusion hosting company. I figured the price was too low to actually be an effective host, so I tried a few other hosting companies first. I actually signed up with one but didn't get farther than a week before I had problems with uptime and feature availability. Fortunately, I was still in my trial period and I cancelled immediately. My next try was with Hostek, and it has been AWESOME so far. I had a few questions and issues during my transition, but their tech support was able to get back to me within an hour or so on each of four occasions, and ALL issues were resolved with either a pointer to a knowledge base item or personalized help. Two of my help tickets were created in the middle of the night, and I still got help almost immediately.
I really am impressed with Hostek so far. Granted I haven't been with them long, but for the price, and for the features (far more ColdFusion support than other hosts), I couldn't be happier. I am now considering utilizing them for other forms of hosting. Really great service!
