Simon: Okay. It is indeed because of the network outage in our datacenter. Actually the servers are running fine without any problem. But the network is where the problem is. This has never happened before and is totally unexpected. To be honest. I am not sure about the ETA accurately. But they expect things to be definitely sorted in a few hours time.
