Hostcolor is the most customer oriented web hosting provider
Hostcolor.com has lived up to expectation of its tag line which is Web hosting about people, not about gigabytes. I could not say more how customer oriented there are when it comes to specific issues faced by the customer. For me, who is a non tech savvy person, I had initially faced the firewall issue with my network provider. Instead of throwing me a tutorial or URLs which I need to read and figure how to resolve it, they really took time to find solutions for me. And their help has been consistent no matter who answered my help tickets. I really have pleasant surprise from them because currently I have other web hosted by other mega companies, with either their customer service being outsourced or there are just too many of them in the crew, the solution and service quality as provided has not been consistent.
In summary, I strongly recommend Hostcolor especially for those 1st timers or those totally non internet- savvy people. "You got to find someone who is passionate to help or at least you feel that someone can be count on in helping you sincerely". ( one more plus point - they provide Softaculous in the control panel - very easy to use)
One point to note is that they are upgrading their system, some information (especially those positive ones) was missed out in the control panel and the homepage. This should be updated timely to catch the attention of many potential clients out there. So I am rating them "9" presently, but I am sure with their efforts, surely scoring a 10 is a cakewalk.
