I sent several emails to support. Got no reply.You company guaranteed 99% uptime. There is at least 15 minutes downtime of the server at s1.cloudwelcome.com. I am also fed up with your false advertising. There is no marketing credit at all.
Do not advertise something that you do not offer. I call the reps on the phone request to cancel, His name is Josh. He just gave me a runaround, "You must go to this website www.sitecloud.com/cancel, we can not do it over the phone."
Guess what www.sitecloud.com/cancel does not work. It does not even exist.NO response via email. Call customer service phone number, Rude attitude and State that our company does not do cancellation over the phone, You must go to our website at www.sitecloud.com/cancel. However The website does not exist. Call them again ask me to email the billing. NO response.One of customer service rep states that "It takes 3-5 days to respond, 14 days to charge back" I ask Customer Service Josh, why the customer service is so lousy and slow. His answer surprise me " Well, that is because you are canceling, If you are new sign up it would be much different. We will response in mins"

False advertisement, Does not provide the service they advertised. No response to problem or inquires.
"Guaranteed 99% uptime and 30 days no question ask money back. " It's just lie.

I have spoken with Josh about this client and their claims of his responses as well as the downtime on s1.cloudwelcome.com, we have also spoken with our Amazon reps where we have our cloud infrastructure regarding any potential interruption in service and of all of the log files we have gone through there has been no interruption in service. I have emailed Felix, whose account name is Fegn L. to provide us with any stats that he has regarding any downtime he experienced.

As far as his claims that our page:
http://www.sitecloud.com/cancel/cancel.php
does not work and is not up, that is completely false and we have tested that page on a number of different browsers to ensure that anyone from any browser would be able to send us a cancellation request through that form.

In addition we do work everyday to activate orders Monday - Sunday, however cancellations are handled by our Billing supervisor who works Monday - Friday which is why we tell clients who want to cancel that it can take up to 3 days to process their cancellation requests as they are not performed on the weekends and we allot for an extra day every so often in the event that our Billing manager may have a day off.

His account was refunded in full with the exception of the domain name cost that we charge for people canceling early, which is in our terms that if we are registering a domain name for your account and cancel early that we must charge for the domain name but that the hosting cost is fully refunded. We do this to ensure that we are not fraudulently used to register free domain names for people who would try to use our free domain name for life policy without having to pay for anything.
