Globehost one of the Worst service I have ever seen from any hosting company as a customer. They are providing services at cheapest rates but customer support is horrible or you can say their is no support. They are just looting customers money and not giving proper support.
My website went down and there is not even single person to help me. Then I tried calling their customer support number, after trying continuously for more than 20 time there is no response. I tried contact them through social media, they told me you need to send mail then only they will help me. This would be just great if they could respond to my email promptly. I had to wait more than a week for an email reply from their team. The reply was terse and unhelpful. Even after one week also they were not able to resolve my issue. I asked for my money back hoping to move to some other provider but they said they will not refund my money. I don't know what should I do know?
Just don’t – really don’t use Globehost unless you have money to throw away.
