I am not going to praise Globat here; I just want to tell you about my experience with this hosting provider. I have had 2 websites for a long time now, almost 7 years, and I have always been looking for the best provider. I am not the kind of guy who stays loyal to one and the same company just because it is cool to use a popular brand. Say I will never buy Nike shoes because I know I can buy the same quality 3 times cheaper but without a name. In the same way I was looking for a hosting provider not with a name but with a good price and decent services. I must say the best thing to decide whether a product is good or bad is to try it. You can never rely on adverts as they are usually a crap, although not always. That is how I signed up for Calivista Hosting, later I tried Startlogic Hosting and then Dot5 Hosting provider. I will not say they are disgusting; however I had some problems with each of them and therefore signed out and looked for a new hosting provider. That is how I eventually signed to Globat. Of course, with the years the service in the other hosting providers may have also improved, but with Globat I had the least of problems. That is not to say, that Globat is impeccable, but the problems there are much minor in comparison with what I had at other providers.

I can surely remember a time, when the e-mail didn’t work for a few hours, but they have live support. I used it and the customer support said they were upgrading it with new features. The in a few hours the mail was up and running and it was even better and quicker than before. Therefore, I don’t mind upgrading, if that improves the services. Can’t think of anything else, which was bad, right now, although I have been with this company for 14 months now. Of course, if Globat becomes worse, I will be looking for a new provider, but right now everything is fine, and I love the price.
