Poor Service
I would NOT recommend it AT ALL, whether for business or personal use. If you have choices, GO FOR THEM.
The server itself is alright (I wasn't using it for computation-heavy applications anyway) but definitely below what you would expect after experiencing bigger brands such as Amazon, DigitalOcean or Linode.
One of the biggest problems is the lack of automation. If you run out of the pre-allocated bandwidth at the end of the month, and you've **already** paid your bill for the next month, you have a major problem (Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me). Oh, have I mentioned they have the WORST online customer services I ever have seen? Doesn't matter what issue you file, they talk back either redirect you to another department (and open another issue/ticket, yay!) or copy-pasting some template bull**it. You will never have your problems resolved by them unless you talk to them in box cases, JUST LIKE THIS.
So to my disappointment, I'm going to **** their service and find some better hosting service in HK.
